Advanced 4-Stage Filtration
Our advanced four-stage system uses catalytic carbon, KDF 55, calcium sulphite and mineral balls to reduce chlorine, chloramine and heavy metals, while conditioning the water. The result is a gentler shower that leaves hair feeling softer, skin smoother and the scalp more comfortable.
Installation
How to Replace Your Trichopure Refill Cartridge
- Turn off your shower. Ensure the water is completely off.
- Open the housing. Unscrew the filter housing and remove the used cartridge.
- Rinse the housing. Rinse the inside with clean water.
- Prepare your new refill. Remove all packaging and remove the silicone plugs from both ends of the new cartridge.
- Insert the cartridge. Position it in the same orientation as the previous one.
- Close and secure. Check that the sealing rings are in place, then hand-tighten the housing securely.
- Flush before use. Run water for 30 seconds and check for leaks.
Replace your cartridge every 3 months.

How often do I need to change the filter?
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your Trichopure filter cartridge every 3–5 months, based on a household of two people. Replacement timing may vary depending on water quality and usage.
Do I need an adapter for my shower filter?
Most standard shower setups won’t require an adapter. If your shower has a non-standard or angled fitting, our Universal Swivel Adaptor can help create a secure, flexible connection. The swivel adaptor is designed for showers fitting too close to the wall. The adaptor creates more space to fit your shower filter.
